DW: In
high school, I had a terrific teacher named Dorothy Olson who
turned
me
on to the great philosophers like Socrates and Plato. It amazed
me to learn that these great thinkers confronted many of the
same issues way back then
that we still face today.
In
College, there really was nothing else that captured my attention
in the classroom. People often kid me, "Well, what do you
do with a degree in philosophy"? I point
to the guitar...
